What does M&A MARKETS do?
M&A MARKETS provides a single secure anonymous M&A deal sharing platform where M&A professionals buy and sell businesses on behalf of clients. We deliver international access and total anonymity so you can identify and investigate opportunities to maximise the value of your client’s business whether by sale or acquisition.
How does it work?
Using the M&A MARKETS platform you can post your mandates anonymously with fellow M&A professionals and originate acquisition or investment opportunities on behalf of your clients. You establish contact directly with the other party via the M&A MARKETS Platform to open discussions, so all correspondence is peer to peer and anonymous.
Who are Publishers?
Publishers are responsible for the day-to-day management of Listings, such as adding new listings, amending listings and issuing and replying to queries from other Publishers. They are the initial point of contact for queries in your firm. You decide on the number of Publishers your firm requires.
Who are Certified Users?
All employees of your firm are entitled to access as Certified Users (depending on your license). Certified Users have full search and share facilities. They liaise with the Publisher to initiate contact in relation to listings of interest. It is to the benefit of your firm that as many Certified Users as possible exist as they will be the opportunity generators for your firm.
Who is an M&A Professional?
“M&A Professionals” - means entities entitled to become members of M&A Markets specifically Accounting Firms, Accounting Practitioners, Legal Practices, Legal Practitioners, Corporate Finance Firms, Corporate Finance Practitioners, Private Equity Firms, Private Equity practitioners, Venture Capital Firms or Venture Capital practitioners or related service providers at the sole discretion of M&A Markets.
What if my client wants to identify themselves in a Listing?
If you feel that identifing your client in the listing gives added value to the listing you are allowed to identify them. Privacy and annonyminty are automatically set, you chose when you wish to disclose your name or the name of your client.
What if my professional advisor is not a member?
If your professional advisor is not a member, they can join to provide you with a much larger marketplace for your needs, or you can contact a member firm
How to enquire about a listing?
As a registered member you can post enquiries to any active listing through our internal messaging system. Responses to your messages will be posted on the same system and you will receive automatic email notifications of the responses.
Can I cancel my membership?
As a registered member you can cancel at any time. Memberships is on a rolling 30 Day renewal basis.
